These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PURRR.ai website, software, applications, APIs, and AI-powered agent services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by PURRR LLC ("PURRR," "we," "us," or "our").

The Services are provided for business use only and are not intended for personal or consumer use.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Customer Data and Responsibilities

4.1 Customer Content

You retain all rights to data, content, and materials you submit, upload, or connect to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant PURRR a limited, non-exclusive right to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Lawful Use

5. AI Outputs and No Guarantees

The Services use artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate outputs based on Customer Data and configurations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased
• Outputs are provided for informational and operational assistance only
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before acting on them

PURRR makes no guarantees regarding hiring results, candidate quality, conversion rates, or business outcomes.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Discriminate against individuals or groups
• Transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, ATSs, email, SMS, voice providers). PURRR is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their data practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." PURRR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PURRR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

PURRR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PURRR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PURRR, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Virginia.
