How we work
What happens after you hire us.
01 · First. Before copy, before warmup, before a send.
Kickoff and the list
We do not write or send until the meeting bar is clear. Kickoff is ICP, enrich then cut, and who is never a meeting.
- 1.1Kickoff: who you sell to, what a good meeting looks like, what you still own.
- 1.2Build and enrich the list. Depth depends on the ICP. Filings, credentials, tech in use, and event attendance are examples, not the limit.
- 1.3Cut. You mark who is never a meeting.
- 1.4We hold writing and sending until that bar is clear.
02 · After kickoff. In parallel with setup. Nothing cold goes out until both are done.
Story while channels go up
You brief us. We keep what already works and fill in what is missing. We do not invent proof, and we do not send without a place to land.
- 2.1You hand over what we can use: files, a brief, or both.
- 2.2We keep what already works, and fill in only what the sequence still needs.
- 2.3You approve anything new that goes public.
- 2.4This runs in parallel with LinkedIn setup and inbox warmup.
03 · After kickoff. Before the first cold send. The 14-day clock starts here.
Stand up LinkedIn and warm the inboxes
Setup is a gate, not a nice-to-have. Warmup starts, LinkedIn is aligned, and nothing cold leaves until the 14 days are done.
- 3.1LinkedIn profile and company page aligned with the approved story.
- 3.2Domains provisioned, records written, one inbox per domain.
- 3.3Warmup starts at 10 sends per day and does not switch off later.
- 3.4We wait 14 days. Placement gets tested before the first cold sequence.
04 · After warmup and artifacts are live. Then every week after.
Launch, replies, and weekly review
Launch is not a blast date. Volume follows inbox health. Replies get handled. You show up for the conversations that matter.
- 4.1Sequences go live at 30 cold sends per inbox per day. LinkedIn in parallel.
- 4.2Replies handled when they are real, not batched into a weekly pile.
- 4.3Meetings booked with context in the invite.
- 4.4Weekly review: what replied, what booked, what to change. You show up for the calls.
The work itself is on What we do. This page is the sequence, the gates, and the send rules we will not break.
Boring where it counts
Most of outbound is not the writing. It is whether the message arrives at all. These are the limits we run inside, on every account, published because most agencies will not tell you theirs.
30
cold sends per inbox, per day
A hard stop, not a target. More volume means more inboxes, never a higher cap.
10
warmup sends per inbox, per day
Forever. The warmup stream never switches off, not even once an inbox is live and sending.
1:1
domain to inbox
One domain carries one inbox. Never shared, never stacked, so a problem stays contained.
14
days before the first cold send
Domains provisioned, records written, inboxes warmed. Nothing cold goes out before then.
Standing rules
- Inbox health scored continuously. Floor is 85. We run at 90 to 95.
- Under 85, that inbox sends nothing cold. Volume reroutes to a healthy one.
- Sends spaced at random intervals, never on a fixed clock tick.
- Plain text only. No HTML, no bold, no bullets, no exclamation marks.
- The first email in a sequence carries zero links.
- Open and click tracking off by default. We optimize for replies, not opens.
- Placement tested before every new sequence, and after any change to the infrastructure.
