1. 01 · First. Before copy, before warmup, before a send.

   Kickoff and the list

   1. 01Kickoff: who you sell to, what a good meeting looks like, what you still own.
   2. 02Build and enrich the list. Depth depends on the ICP. Filings, credentials, tech in use, event attendance, and social following are examples, not the limit.
   3. 03Cut. You mark who is never a meeting.
   4. 04We hold writing and sending until that bar is clear.

2. 02 · After kickoff. In parallel with setup. Nothing cold goes out until both are done.

   Story while channels go up

   1. 01You hand over what we can use: files, a brief, or both.
   2. 02We keep what already works, and fill in only what the sequence still needs.
   3. 03You approve anything new that goes public.
   4. 04This runs in parallel with LinkedIn, social, and inbox warmup.

3. 03 · After kickoff. Before the first cold send. The 14-day clock starts here.

   Stand up LinkedIn, social, and warm the inboxes

   1. 01LinkedIn profile and company page aligned with the approved story.
   2. 02Instagram, Facebook, and other social profiles aligned where the motion needs them.
   3. 03Domains provisioned, records written, one inbox per domain.
   4. 04Warmup starts at 10 sends per day and does not switch off later.
   5. 05We wait 14 days. Placement gets tested before the first cold sequence.

4. 04 · After warmup and artifacts are live. Then every week after.

   Launch, replies, and weekly review

   1. 01Sequences go live at 30 cold sends per inbox per day. LinkedIn and social in parallel.
   2. 02Replies handled when they are real, not batched into a weekly pile.
   3. 03Meetings booked with context in the invite.
   4. 04Weekly review: what replied, what booked, what to change. You show up for the calls.
