These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including recruiting agencies, in-house talent acquisition teams, and individual recruiters who access or use our AI-powered outreach and candidate management platform.

2. Description of Service

PURRR provides an AI-powered recruiting outreach platform that automates candidate sourcing, multi-channel outreach, and interview scheduling. Our Service includes:

• AI email and phone agents for automated candidate outreach
• Multi-tenant management for recruiting agencies
• ATS integrations with platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Bullhorn, Zoho, and Ashby
• AI-powered resume and response screening
• Campaign management and analytics

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or violate anti-spam laws
• Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate recruiting activities

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of candidate data you upload to the Service. You grant PURRR a license to process this data to provide the Service, including using AI to analyze resumes, generate outreach messages, and qualify candidates.

6. Subscription and Payment

PURRR offers subscription-based pricing plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial months or unused features
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PURRR LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PURRR LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PURRR in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at team@purrr.ai. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
